There are times when a caregiver’s job can feel thankless and we want to take a moment to acknowledge everything that they do. We should know just what a vital, important role they truly play in the health and quality of life in the day-to-day care of our Russell Home residents. They show up everyday -sometimes under the weather and often taking on extra shifts because they know without question they are needed. They are needed because they are the eyes, ears, hands, legs, and voices for those who cannot fend for themselves. They are here making a difference in the world and we so deeply appreciate them.
